Initiative is the necessary point that we need in the ways to apply in our daily workflow, which is the key field to practice in the smooth; anyway the initiative is not accepted in all everywhere. I think that the initiative in the positive ways can help the institution a lot.

If one institution, and it's leader accepts, appreciates, and considers, moreover he/she gives the value to person who has the initiative and he/she is the one who is given the value to do/ apply that is the best way strategy to push our institution up and up. I can say, to be together, think, share, and implement what we initiated; those things are going to be done in the proud ways.  There are several steps in the initiative: motivate to initiative, accept the initiative, give them the opportunities to explain their initiative, and encourage and help them to apply their initiative to implement with join hands with them to happen in our workplace.

Workplace should have these kinds of peoples, teenagers, adults and seniors and let team work happen then we see the outcome get smoothly.
